Hello! It’s Haru here <3 I decided to provide a set of instructions, almost like a tutorial so you have a solid guide to how this can be used. I spent a long time (as many of you know) on this notion. I tried to add lots of features so that this is a COMPLETE planner. Every other planner I’ve found has honestly missed something somewhere some how. There was never a free, complete planner with sections that I needed. So, I decided to make one myself. Below you’ll find comprehensive instructions and guidelines for easy use.

I will also inevitably link to other creators who do in fact have beautiful notions you could pull inspiration from.

<aside> 💡 You will notice a LOT of to do list sections and reminder sections, this is done intentionally. Because one day you may be wanting to only look through your studying current to do list and not the others.

Quick notion tips I feel like you need:

• [ ] To make life easier when building a page, make sure you color the block with a background color so you can visibly see it.
• [ ] Try to view notion as a large square with lots of little squares and rectangles placed into one another
• [ ] Watch a basic notion tutorial if you feel like you can’t get the hang of it or if this is frustrating

BREAKDOWN AND NOTES:

The zero day’s tracker is a small toggle list that opens up a table that can be pretty much infinitely expanded. I already provided fourteen das to make it a little less work. Highlight the text and use some form of formatting to mark that day as “complete” for no zero days.

The month by month planner is a very simple toggle list that opens up so that you can access ALL of your monthly planners (which are already provided) at once. The image shown is of a bulleted list but once this releases there will be a series of pages linked. Each month by month planner includes plenty of different features to help you reach your goals.

When you release the toggle list there is already a JANUARY Planner created. Simply open it up, duplicate it and change the title and the calendar date for a FEBRUARY (etc) planner to be made.

The regulars tracker is wonderful for SW in general but you CAN absolutely change this to a “clientele” sheet with different areas. There’s a section for club, name, value, number, gifts, socials, cashapp/paypal/venmo,type of client, occupation, and their notes are linked at the bottom of the page. This allows you to track where your regulars are and aren’t which i absolutely ADORE.

Moving on to the “STUDIES” Section we should address the obvious: Classroom, Library. The classroom is a hot spot for everything pertaining to grades assignments and comes witha pomodoro timer. The assignments table is self explanatory.

< Pictured to the side is a table in the “shopping” page that allows you to sort things by type, priority level, amount and the date that you decided you wanted or needed that thing.

Priority levels are: WANT, NEED-WANT, INVESTMENT, NEED.

Something else to note: THE HALLWAY Is essentially a course masterlist hotspot including a large table that can be sorted by time, price, subject and more. I already provided some simple links.

The library, however, is your spot for all your pdf needs! Every essay, paper, book or whatever will be put here and you can once again customize the table for supreme sorting. The discord will slowly build a list of free pdfs and such!

__ Of the day is simply a journal entry calendar. Add whatever features you please, i’ll in the future be making a template for this.
